I went to the Library to see if there were any books I could use to inspire my designs. I found a book on Venetian Gardens which encompasses a lot of the type of imagery I want to include in my concertina - arches, statues, fountains, vines, windows, foliage, etc. I am very excited to start including a few more of these elements within my roughs - I think it will help to create a general Italian, ornate tone to the work.
