The roughs I drew out for the crit really helped me to visualise what the final images are going to look like. I used pencil sketches because I really wanted to play around with composition and get the actual design down before experimenting with material. Paper cutting is probably what I will use for this brief, as I can easily include texture and shape and manipulate areas as I go along.

18 Roughs
