Opacity (Shortcut T)
I found that I am using the opacity option a lot within my sting. Layering things on top of each other is the most effective way of utilising the tool when working with motif-like imagery. Luckily, because my book consists of mostly separate elements, making them into distinct images and dropping them into After Effects was fairly easy.
