I wanted to produce something that reflects the growth of nature as this is talked about a lot towards the end of the book. Because of this I started to think about exterior scenes I could create, I wanted to include a pond with foliage all around.
Going over the roughs from my sketchbook is something I am learning to work from whilst changing elements as I go along. For example, I improved the shape of the swan and at first I drew it kind of like a duck.
