I am happy with the colours and method I have used to create the overall poster. I have had a chat with both Jamie and Matt about the composition, Matt suggested adding very subtle shape to the bottom section just to balance it out a bit.
Shape
I decided to create the block shapes in InDesign using vectors - creates a more fluid shape than just drawing them in Photoshop. I think changing the opacity of the shapes may create an interesting way of describing a land behind the main image.
