I came across Malin Koort's work when browsing blogs online. Working with both drawn and paper cut elements is something I am looking into and definitely want to explore more of. The way shadows are cast within the images she creates make very interesting characterisation and an overall aesthetic. I was also drawn to the patterns and shape driven imagery which accentuate the vibrant colours within the composition.
