As I was developing the Glinda image, I got stuck on what shoes to give her. It sounds funny, but I hadn't really thought about it. Everything I tried to start with just didn't look right. I also wanted to change the background slightly or move the whole image up, to make the shoes more of a focal point. I went through a lot of tests and eventually ended up with some shoes I felt best suited the character, and differed from Dorothy's.
