The Brief - Analysis


I had a proper look through the brief today, and highlighted certain key words/phrases that might spark some potential ideas for the project. Within the brief there is a very helpful list of things that people may think about ballet, and what the Royal Opera House wants people to associate with ballet. This could be a good starting point for focusing on themes. I particularly found the idea of ballet portraying life's 'big themes' really interesting, this means that it can be understood by a universal audience. Therefore, within our campaign, I think making work that focuses around everyday actions/lives of people could be very effective.
