I had a scroll through my Pinterest page to see if I could find any examples of interesting book covers for adults. At the moment, I am particularly interested in cross-over books (aimed at children & adults) and finding a range of examples to think about when deciding what I want the content/aesthetic of my book to be.

These examples in particular really caught my eye. The use of colour and differences in style is what drew me to them. Wildwood is an example of a book that appeals to both adults and children universally, the illustrations (by Carson Ellis) also play an important part in the telling of the story. I came across Nocturnal Animals and just really enjoyed the way collage has been applied, it creates a really dynamic and interesting image.
