Something I definitely want to consider are books that can appeal to a wider audience, both adults and children. Classic stories in particular tend to do this as they are timeless, appropriate for children and nostalgic for adults who may have read them when they were younger. The book covers above are examples of making a classic story new using illustration, whether that's focus of character or the inclusion of colour and print processes to bring out something new in the story.
