I found today's workshop really useful in finding a way to come up with ideas. I am very aware that one of my weaknesses is generation of ideas and too much focus on craft. This year I want to spend more time on working out what it is I want to say within my work and how I come across as an illustrator. Editorial work is something I admire greatly but have spent little time developing in my own practice so I am glad I now have an opportunity to work on this a bit more.
