I took out 'Forbidden Places' from the library which consists of one man's journey to many abandoned places in the world. The places which were the most disturbing to me where the ones that had objects left in the rooms as if someone was using them. For example, a chair or some wellington boots. I also enjoyed looking at the pictures of dark eery tunnels, compositionally I think these were some of the strongest examples shown in the book. This book may also help me when it comes to deciding on colour schemes for the final designs.
