Commission

Someone contacted me with a brief to create an A3 print of an adventure scene for them to put up in their house.

It was important for me to explore a character that was quite generic as well as being aesthetically pleasing. I want the overall print to focus on the actual scenery (trees, mountains, details, etc.) and a feeling of adventure. To enhance this tone, I developed a character from behind, looking out over the landscape I will create. I may get rid of the map as I'm not sure it's necessary once the rest of the imagery has been added.
