Scene 1
Volume 1 - Chapter 7
'A young woman, pretty, lively, with a harp as elegant as herself, and both placed near a window, cut down to the ground'
This is the first scene I knew I wanted to make in paper. The idea of a harp and using stitching for the strings came to me nearly as soon as I read the scene, that's when I started roughing for the brief. I am happy with the way it turned out, without a doubt this was the image I spent the longest on, and it set the tone for the rest of them.
